Make sure all your information is correctly submitted during the order process, like credit card numbers and both the billing and shipping addresses. Also, make sure you are filling out all the required fields. If this does not work, try using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache. BeachPoolShop.com online store has an automated system that sends out a confirmation e-mail at the end of your transaction. Check your spam folder and the e-mail address that you entered when ordering. If you entered it incorrectly, let us know and we can resend the email to you.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped. This email will include the tracking number for your package. Visit our page 'Track Orders' to track the status of your order. This page is located under the 'Support' tab on the main menu of our website. Tracking is available for all orders. To track your order, just enter your email and order number. *We are not responsible for lost orders due to wrong or false addresses provided.
We will refund any unused item (s) returned in original, unused, undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer. To make a return, go to our website at BeachPoolShop.com. Go to the page 'Returns'. This page is located under the 'Support' tab on the main menu. Enter your order number and email address to start the returns process. Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button. Be sure to keep an eye out for discount codes from us inside occasional emails or online notification.

We offer Free Worldwide shipping on all order! Inside the U.S. most orders are shipped using USPS. Larger items are delivered using UPS or FedEx.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Order to U.S. customers ship free in 4-9 days via UPS or USPS.
BeachPoolShop ships exclusively to the United States. If you live outside the U.S., you will not be able to place an order.

Your information is protected by SSL (secure sockets layer) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (highest level commercially available).
